Grace period until 1st club meeting in January Seals Annual Dues Includes FSDA annual dues Paid by Seals--Seals are a 100% FSDA Club Full Annual Dues until July 31st; after that half yearly dues. After October 31st, rest of year free ride but next year's annual dues are due now.
